“Tony Robbins 5 Keys to Thrive!”
One of life’s greatest gifts is the ability to give with no strings attached. A young boy answered his door one Thanksgiving morning, and a total stranger handed him a huge box filled with food for his struggling family. That magical moment helped shape the young man’s future. Today, Tony Robbins feeds millions every year through the Anthony Robbins Foundation’s Basket Brigade. No strings attached.
This holiday season Tony invites you to feed your spirit by joining him in the gift of giving. In this short video he tells you why he started the Basket Brigade and how you can participate by feeding one or more needy families this Thanksgiving. Go to:
http://tonyrobbinstraining.com/378/5-keys-to-thrive/

To thank you, Tony wants to give you a gift as well. In this video message he shares with you the 5 keys to thriving in tough times, such as our current economy.
Be the standard for transformation this holiday season. When you do something for someone who is worse off than you are, you create meaning in your own life as well as theirs. You move them to a better place. What you give you get to keep. What you fail to give you lose forever.
There is one string attached, however. It’s the string that attaches all of mankind to one another. We invite you to share in a world that welcomes and supports everyone. Watch Tony’s video now because now is the time

Heart Disease & the Gender Gap: A Health Story featuring Debbie Ann
Not many people know that the symptoms of a heart attack can be very different for a man versus a woman, and that women need to watch for the symptoms earlier in life. Debbie Ann Schneider found out the hard way. “I almost felt like I had asthma and I thought if I could relax and put some air on I would feel better because I couldn’t take a single breath.” But after a while, the symptoms didn’t get any better and she drove herself to the emergency room. “When they told me I had a heart attack I didn’t believe it,” says Debbie. Dr. Neica Goldberg says, “In terms of a heart attack, women should look out for shortness of breath and unexplained fatigue, pressure lower down in the chest, and many women can easily mistake it for stomach problems.” Debbie was only 42 when she had a heart attack, and now that she knows the differences in symptoms, she wants to tell everyone what to watch for.
